Pursuant to Chapter 163.3184 (5) F.S. the Northeast
Florida Regional Council shall review local government adopted
Comprehensive Plan or Plan amendments and transmittal effects
on regional resources or facilities identified in the strategic
regional policy plan and extra-jurisdictional impacts which
would be inconsistent with the comprehensive plan of the
affected local government. However, any inconsistency between
a local plan or plan amendment and a strategic regional
policy plan must not be the sole basis for a notice of intent
to find a local plan or plan amendment not in compliance
with this act.
