NEFRC is providing professional and technical services to the City of St. Augustine to prepare a complete Evaluation Appraisal Report (EAR). NEFRC will evaluate the accomplishment of goals, objectives, and policies for the following elements of the Comprehensive Plan:

Traffic Circulation Element
Housing Element
Sanitary Sewer Element
Solid Waste Element
Stormwater Management Element
Potable Water Element
Aquifer Recharge Element
Conservation and Coastal Management Element
Recreation and Open Space Element
Intergovernmental Coordination Element
Capital Improvements Element
Historic Preservation Element

As part of this process, we will facilitate community workshops in each Commission district to help identify important issues facing the City of St. Augustine. A schedule will be posted on the City of St. Augustine’s website (www.ci.st-augustine.fl.us) once scheduled.
