RFP: PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES TO SUPPORT FEDERAL BROWNFIELDS ASSESSMENT COALITION GRANT
Northeast Florida Regional Council (NEFRC) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide environmental planning and assessment services within Northeast Florida under a US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Assessment Coalition grant. The purpose of this program is to assist local governments throughout the region in identifying, assessing, and developing strategies to deal with contaminated properties. View Full RFP Request Below
The contract term will run from October, 2026 though September 2030. All proposals must be received no later than 4:00 pm EST on September 16, 2026.
