The Northeast Florida Regional Council maintains a Strategic Regional Policy Plan (SRPP) required by Section 186.507, F.S., which means a long-range guide for physical, economic, and social development of a comprehensive planning district that identifies regional goals and policies.
As required by the Florida Administrative Code 27E-5, the NEFRC is currently undergoing the 5-year update process. As part of this process, the draft (transmitted) SRPP was approved to be released for comments at the November 6, 2025, NEFRC Board of Directors Meeting. The Public is encouraged to provide comments on the current or proposed SRPP at any time. You may email your comments to info@nefrc.org, with the subject: SRPP Update. You can also feel free to leave a message at (904) 279-0880, noting that your comment is related to the SRPP Update. We appreciate your interest in the SRPP!
