The Northeast Florida Regional Leadership Academy (RLA) continues to provide participants with an immersive look at the communities, industries, and issues that shape our region. Throughout recent program days in Putnam, Nassau, and Flagler counties, class members engaged with local elected officials, community leaders, and subject matter experts to gain firsthand insight into the unique opportunities and challenges facing Northeast Florida.
From exploring historic downtowns and natural resources to learning about economic development, tourism, emergency management, infrastructure, and community revitalization efforts, participants are building a deeper understanding of how local decisions and regional collaboration influence the future of our seven-county region.
These experiences are a cornerstone of the Academy, helping cultivate informed leaders who are equipped to think beyond jurisdictional boundaries and work together to address regional priorities. As the program continues, participants will visit additional counties and engage with the people, places, and projects that make Northeast Florida a vibrant and connected region.
