The Northeast Florida Regional Council (NEFRC) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified agencies or firms to coordinate transportation services for the transportation disadvantaged programs in Baker, Putnam, and St. Johns Counties, Florida. The Community Transportation Coordinator is defined by Chapter 427, F.S., as a transportation entity recommended by the appropriate designated official planning agency to ensure coordinated transportation services are provided to the transportation disadvantaged population in a designated service area.
